This presses have a monolithic body in forged and treated steel, with an incorporated cylinder guided on a bushing, the whole is assembled in a sturdy metal carpentry structure which includes the hydraulic unit and the command and control devices.
The hydraulic control circuit is made up of a high pressure pump, a hydraulic cylinder in the body to achieve the working thrust .

This makes it possible to optimize the work cycle without wasting energy, obtaining a rapid closing and opening speed of the moulds, and a slow impact speed which takes over the set quota to preserve the life of the moulds.

The large capacity of the oil tank guarantees the operation of the press without overheating.

Machine will be provided with automatic plate charging device.
